Spirit Semiconductors, a rapidly growing technology company, required a contemporary workspace that would reflect its innovative culture and technical expertise. Working closely with Thames Valley Surveyors’ project management team, Bloc was appointed to deliver a design-led fit out that balanced functionality, performance, and style.

The 9,000 sq. ft space in Theale was designed to inspire collaboration and support the company’s expanding team, while integrating specialist laboratory facilities to meet specific technical needs. The scheme combined existing cellular rooms with new open and shared areas, resulting in a workspace that feels cohesive and forward-thinking.
