Following the successful delivery of Phase 1, Bloc Commercial Interiors was reappointed to complete the second phase of refurbishment works at Chiswell Street, London. This phase focused on a full Cat A+ fit-out, transforming the floorplate into a high-quality, fully furnished workspace ready for immediate tenant occupation. The project was managed by ARP Chartered Surveyors and forms part of a wider strategy to reposition the building within the competitive London office market.
The brief for Phase 2 was to continue the building’s transformation with a Cat A+ fit-out that would appeal to modern occupiers seeking a turnkey solution. The space needed to reflect contemporary design standards, offer flexibility, and be delivered to the same high standard as Phase 1.
