Following the success of Phase 1, Bloc Commercial Interiors was reappointed to deliver Phase 2 of refurbishment works at Chiswell Street, London. This stage focused on transforming the 4,000 sq. ft floorplate into a high-quality Cat A+ workspace - fully furnished, functional, and ready for immediate tenant occupation. Managed by ARP Chartered Surveyors, the project formed part of a broader strategy to reposition the building and enhance its market appeal within London’s competitive office sector.
The brief called for a continuation of the design and quality established in Phase 1, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic and performance standard across the building. The focus was on delivering a contemporary, flexible environment that would attract discerning occupiers looking for a turnkey solution.
