For this 3,000 sq. ft Cat A+ fit out in London, Bloc were invited to tender based on an initial design concept provided by the professional team. While submitting a compliant bid, the Bloc design team also proposed an alternative scheme - one that not only elevated the visual impact of the space but also optimised the existing mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
This proactive, design-led approach allowed Bloc to deliver a more distinctive and efficient workspace while significantly reducing the need for intrusive alterations to the base build.

Bloc’s revised design achieved both aesthetic distinction and technical efficiency. By working intelligently around the existing M&E systems, the team reduced unnecessary alterations, saving time, cost, and resources. The resulting fit out provides a striking and functional environment that enhances the building’s market appeal.
