Bloc Commercial Interiors was appointed to deliver a full Cat A refurbishment of Inca House, a 15,000 sq. ft commercial property in Ashford, Kent. Commissioned by landlord Hawk Investment Properties and managed by ARP Chartered Surveyors, the project aimed to reposition the building as a modern, high-quality workspace designed to attract new occupiers.
The works encompassed both internal and external transformation from complete strip out and reconfiguration to significant façade and entrance upgrades, ensuring Inca House met the expectations of today’s commercial market while improving overall building performance and appeal.
