Bloc Commercial Interiors was appointed to design and deliver the full Cat A+ fit out of the 2nd floor at Aquis House - a landmark commercial building in the centre of Reading. Commissioned by landlord USS, with Cogent as project managers, the project aimed to reposition a vacant floorplate as a modern, high-quality workspace that would appeal to a broad spectrum of prospective tenants.

The design focused on creating a flexible and inviting environment that aligned with current workplace trends, offering spaces that support collaboration, comfort, and sustainability. The scheme also included a refurbishment of the building’s reception area to provide a welcoming first impression for tenants and visitors alike.
