Located on Chiswell Street in the heart of London, this 4,000 sq. ft Cat A+ refurbishment was delivered in collaboration with ARP Surveyors. The client sought a cost-effective yet design-led solution, and Bloc were appointed to develop the scheme following the submission of a design intent document.
From the outset, the focus was on creating a professional, high-quality workspace that offered flexibility and visual appeal, while maintaining tight control over budget and sustainability goals. The resulting design demonstrates how considered value engineering can achieve both aesthetic and environmental impact without compromise.
