Creating a Co-working space for MyWorkSpot, Maidenhead

MyWorkSpot have increased their presence in Maidenhead having opened a second Co-Working Office at York House.
Bloc were awarded the contract after producing a design that captured the ethos of what MWS are about, working closely with the owners of the business the design was refined in line with the interest they had received from potential tenants.
To create a premium Co-Working space in the heart of Maidenhead, the first and second floors were fitted out to provide office suites and break out areas along with bookable meeting rooms.
The Ground floor area was designed to be a more social space with meeting booths, private offices, meeting rooms, lounge area and breakout, with a reception area to welcome visitors.
The final product was nothing short of fantastic.
MyWorkSpot’s relationship with Bloc began in 2022 when they undertook the design and fit-out of our 11,000 sq ft space at York House, 18 York Road, Maidenhead.
At the time, they were a new supplier for us, but they immediately impressed us with their professionalism, design capability, and meticulous planning. What truly set them apart was the continuity of the team; the individuals who presented during the initial pitch remained involved throughout the entire project, ensuring a consistent and high standard of service. That was an important point for us where some companies “wheel out the big guns” for the pitch and then you never see them again until the project is complete!
The process was smooth, and the final product was nothing short of fantastic. Even three years later, the office space continues to receive compliments from our visitors, a testament to the enduring quality of Bloc's work.
