Following the success of their first location, MyWorkSpot expanded their footprint in Maidenhead with a second premium co-working office at York House. Bloc were appointed to deliver the full Cat B design and fit out, creating a vibrant, flexible workspace that reflects MyWorkSpot’s dynamic brand and commitment to quality.

Working closely with the business owners, Bloc developed and refined the design in response to strong tenant interest - ensuring every aspect of the space met the expectations of modern professionals and growing companies seeking a high-end co-working environment.

Outcome

A sophisticated, multi-purpose workspace that balances productivity with comfort and community. Each floor has been designed to support different modes of work - from private focus and client meetings to informal networking and social connection.

The interior palette combines premium finishes, natural textures, and warm lighting to create an inviting atmosphere consistent with MyWorkSpot’s reputation for quality. Delivered on time and to specification, York House has quickly become a flagship site for the brand - a benchmark for modern co-working design in Maidenhead.

MyWorkSpot’s relationship with Bloc began in 2022 when they undertook the design and fit-out of our 11,000 sq ft space at York House, 18 York Road, Maidenhead.
