Situated on the 4th floor of TW12VE, Forbury Road in Reading, this 2,895 sq. ft project was delivered in partnership with Columbia Threadneedle and Constructive. The brief was to transform a previously fitted Cat B space into a vibrant, market-ready Cat A+ environment that would attract a broad range of potential tenants.

The floor was completely stripped out and reimagined as a bright, flexible workspace combining premium finishes with functional design. The result is a contemporary, plug-and-play office that offers everything from focused work zones to collaborative breakout areas - ready for immediate occupation.
