Richard Wolf, a leading medical technology company, appointed Bloc to deliver the full design and build for their relocation from Wimbledon to a new 5,000 sq. ft facility in Chessington. The brief required a thoughtful balance between functional industrial space and a professional office environment, reflecting the company’s technical precision and commitment to quality.
Drawing on Bloc’s experience across both office and light industrial sectors, the new workspace was designed to support day-to-day operations, product testing, and staff collaboration.

The finished space provides Richard Wolf with a fully integrated working environment tailored to their operational needs. The ground floor’s practical layout supports technical processes and equipment use, while the first floor promotes communication and teamwork through open, flexible work zones and informal breakout areas.
By managing every element - from design to furniture to relocation - Bloc delivered a seamless transition into the new facility. The result is a highly functional, well-considered workspace that enhances efficiency and the overall working experience for the Richard Wolf team.

After a market scan of suitable design and fit partners for our new Head Office facility, Keith and the team at Bloc emerged as front runners really from an early point of engagement but certainly did when we met in person at their office for a presentation of concepts and meeting with the team leaders who would be managing our fit out.
Following this meeting, due to the high level of engagement with our requirements and bringing this to life using the experience that they had, partnering with the Bloc team was such an obvious choice.
It would be easy to say "they just got it" But this would be unfair. Bloc demonstrated a deep understanding and gave a supreme level of confidence that they would deliver a quality finish, on time.
Every individual from the Bloc team who interacted with Richard Wolf shared really similar qualities, noticed most during the fit out – where care was taken at every step to "do what they said they were going to do".
The project management approach, and the project manager himself guided us through a fit out that unbelievably well-coordinated.
We are so delighted with the finished project, it’s durability, the quality of the workmanship and also the furniture quality that formed part of the final design. This design, guided by Bloc, has had a huge impact on our workplace, employee wellbeing and our attitude towards future business growth.
