Situated at the corner of Conduit Street and Savile Row, Bloc Commercial Interiors was appointed to deliver a premium Cat A+ fit out for RO Real Estate, with ARP Chartered Surveyors acting as project managers. Spanning 7,500 sq. ft across the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors - alongside a refurbished ground floor reception - the project focused on creating a best-in-class workspace that reflects the prestige of its Mayfair location.
The brief required an uncompromising approach to quality and detail, combining functionality, elegance, and sustainability. Every element - from materials and finishes to lighting and furniture - was carefully selected to create a refined and inspiring environment for both tenants and visitors.
