Bloc Commercial Interiors was appointed to deliver a full Cat B design and build fit out for BMT, following the company’s relocation to One Bath Quays - a landmark waterfront development in the heart of Bath. Spanning 14,000 sq. ft across the second floor and part of the third, the project created a dynamic, high-performance workplace that reflects BMT’s culture, technical expertise, and commitment to innovation.

The brief called for a flexible, collaborative, and wellbeing-focused environment to support hybrid working and future growth. Delivered under a turnkey D&B model, Bloc managed both the design and delivery to ensure a seamless process from concept to completion.
